Jester Logic ("we", "us", or "our") is a free-to-download app published by Reto that offers optional in-app purchases. This app is intended for use as is.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone who uses Jester Logic.
Jester Logic does not require an account and does not collect personal information directly. All game data (progress, settings, leaderboard times) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted. The only server-side component is an optional bug-report endpoint described under "Bug Reports and Feedback" below.

Jester Logic displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and device information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This data collection is governed by Google's privacy policy linked above.
Jester Logic offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed entirely through the platform's payment system (Google Play Billing on Android, Apple StoreKit on iOS). We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information. All purchase processing is handled by Google or Apple in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Jester Logic uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for local multiplayer. Bluetooth is used only to discover and connect with nearby players on the same local network. No data is transmitted to external servers through Bluetooth. You can decline the Bluetooth permission and still use all other features of the app.
Jester Logic does not use any third-party crash reporting services. In the event of an app crash, the device's operating system may collect diagnostic data (such as stack traces and device information) and make it available to us through the platform's developer console (Google Play Console or App Store Connect). This is a standard platform feature governed by Google's and Apple's respective privacy policies.
Jester Logic includes an in-app feature (Settings → Feedback or Issue) that lets you voluntarily submit bug reports or feedback. This feature is entirely optional: nothing is transmitted unless you explicitly tap Submit.
When you submit, the app sends the following to our server at reto.games:
Our server creates a GitHub issue on the Jester Logic repository containing that information so we can track and resolve the report. The submission persists in GitHub until the issue is closed or deleted. We do not use this data for any purpose other than investigating and responding to the report. You can request deletion of a specific submission by emailing [email protected].

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This app may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data directly, any concerns about data collected by third-party services (such as AdMob) should be directed to those providers. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
